The most disgusting customer service in world history
it became apparent that this company don't want to give you your tax refund and only want to serve people who want their currency exchanged so they can make money. It didn't matter how many people were lined up ( photos to prove this) there were 6 people in the booth counting money and not serving a single customer. When I asked what was the hold up I was told to go and do it online if I had a flight to catch. One of the ladies abused me in front of the whole airport for taking photos- but dare i ask where did it say no photo. To any retailer sin BARCELONA if you care about your customers dont register your tax refunds with Global exchange as they are the most disgusting customer services people EVER !!!! they deliberately do not want to serve and pay our anyone their refunds.
